Baroness Ros Scott has today revealed her manifesto for being President of us disparate lot commonly known as the Liberal Democrats. There are comprehensive sections on how she sees the role affection Members & Activists, Candidates, Councillors & Staff and the Structures of the party. A lot of this is what I heard from Ros on her summer tour of Scotland and the reasons that convinced me to endorse her as the best choice to take this role and take our party forward.
